At Teddy’s Club, we want you to love your teddy purchases. If there’s an issue, here’s how we handle returns and refunds:
- Eligibility – You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Condition – Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
- Non-returnable Items – Personalized/custom teddies and clearance items are not eligible for return.
- Process – To start a return, contact us at 📧Nazarabu9@gmail.com with your order details and photos (if damaged).
- Refunds – Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping Costs – Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or wrong.
