At Teddy’s Club, we do our best to deliver your teddy orders safely and on time.
- Processing Time – Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Delivery Time – Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer.
- Shipping Charges – Shipping costs (if any) are shown at checkout before payment. We may offer free shipping on select orders.
- Order Tracking – Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link or details via email/SMS.
- Delays – We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather, or unforeseen events.
- Damaged Packages – If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist.
